These terms govern your use of the Egurus website (egurus.com.au) operated by Egurus Pty Ltd ("Egurus", "we", "us"). By using this website, you accept these terms. Engagements for professional services (web development, Salesforce consultancy, app development, hosting-related services) are governed by the written proposal or services agreement issued for that engagement; if there is any inconsistency, the services agreement prevails.
2. Website content
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. While we keep it as accurate and current as we can, it does not constitute professional advice, and we may change content, services, or indicative inclusions at any time without notice.
3. Quotes and proposals
Enquiries and consultations are free and carry no obligation. Any quote or proposal we issue is valid for the period stated on it, and pricing for services is confirmed in writing before an engagement begins. Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST.
4. Intellectual property
The Egurus name, logo, and the content, design, and code of this website are owned by or licensed to Egurus Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission. Intellectual property arrangements for client projects (including ownership of delivered work) are set out in the relevant services agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using our contact form to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material.
6. Third-party links and services
This website links to external services, including our hosting store (webstore.egurus.com.au) and third-party platforms. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided "as is", and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website itself. Liability in relation to professional services is addressed in the relevant services agreement.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
